Talk through an ordinary office day using meetings, teams, schedules, projects, reports, and clients. Pair each noun with its natural action: tener una reunión, trabajar en un proyecto, preparar un informe, and enviárselo al cliente.

What to remember
- Equipo can mean a work team or equipment; the people around it normally make the intended meaning clear.
- A compañero is a peer at work or school; colega is also common but can carry a more professional tone.
Common trap: Do not translate “assist a meeting” with asistir una reunión. Spanish requires asistir a una reunión; ayudar means to help.
