Office vocabulary becomes usable through workflow: discuss a zadanie, meet a termin, write a raport, and send it to a klient or zespół.
Core rule: Wysyłać takes accusative item and dative recipient; dotrzymać terminu takes genitive.

What to remember
- Termin can mean deadline, date, or appointment depending on verb.
- Praca zdalna is remote work; home office is also heard informally.
Common trap: Do not translate attend a meeting with czekać; uczestniczyć w spotkaniu.
